    It’s mostly rice — flour and cooking oil is small and confined to the US North East. The rice rationing makes sense since India and Thailand have restricted rice exports mostly and entirely respectively. Bulk brown rice in my local Superstore is still $1.80 / kilo and that price hasn’t changed in over a year. I think the Rooster Brand stuff is rising, though.
